a blustery monday

Monday was breezy, blustery...WINDY. When eric took Claire on a naptime bike ride, I decided to take the kids on a rowboat trip to search for turtles.

You'll have to ask Graham how it went. W-I-N-D and me as captain ended up with the kids asking if they could just swim back, no turtles, stuck in the lilly pads for quite some time and me getting wet pulling our boat back to the dock...

I'm afraid I've failed turtle hunting 101 and Graham may never let me be "in charge" again...like I ever was...
